I never knew you could be so petty,
so demeaning and over-witty.
I never knew you could be so angry
because your words are no way lengthy.
I never knew you had such false pretense
that is wrongly honoured by others.
I never really knew who are you in the first place.
And you never knew that I hate you more than you hate me.

ANTM cycle 11 was finally over for me(: haha..had a hard time catching it on youtube but im glad i did. I love this cycle a lot because I feel that the challenges were much more creative. This weekend was rather worth it as I woke up early for both sat and sun--that means you have more time to do things(:
I think i need to quickly pass my BTT on the 29/04/09!! Can't wait but i realised my ballet class starts on 28th and its one day before! haha(: i think im going to like ballet a lot a lot..just cant wait to start moving that muscles again!
I can sense your reluctance, just like how I sense mine. I dread showing it because I know spontaneous people hate it. Too much sensibility makes you old while too little sense makes you an imbecile. Perspective comes about because of differing creativity. Shake it all out and break loose from the chains that had shackled your thinking before. Think out-of-the-box. Some people over-use this expression without knowing that they cannot think-out-of-the-box with their brains in the box...

My mouth feels sore. Either from too much talking, or simply my braces position is moving again. Dance received silver this afternoon. As Ms Sim was saying. We move from denial to anger to mocking and lastly to acceptance. It is an ardous process but im glad to see most of the dancers enjoying themselves just now during dinner. They finally understand that the whole experience and the strong bonding between the dancers are more important that the final result. Im very happy of the dancers who have improved tremendously and IM PROUD OF MJC DANCE SOCIETY! (:
Met the new juniors and i like them very much..and i miss the "old" juniors too(: It was so much fun since the last time we had the xmas party at rox's place and in melbourne. Apart from being a road block with the large number of J1s,J2s and J3s, we were practically the public nuisance of the night. Nevertheless, all of us laughed our heads of at the stupidest thing and ate dinner at the food court(occupying a large area). My new unique new Bb tea flavour--strawberry green tea(: haha..it had a weird lingering taste. I like it. I want to be back for the next concert soon!!! Cant wait! I really hope the J1s will vote yes for the concert. All the J3s dont mind coming back to choreo sth for the concert.
Now all the dancers are having this new craze over bangs and they all wanna cut bangs! haha(: totally hilarious! Tmr again, its cleaning up the mess time. i cant believe that this has to go on for weeks..months.OMG. However, work is fun. Haha(: today we get the honour to watch janice eat fillet-o-fish for the first time in her life!! totally memorable as she said she will eat again cos its nice! haha(: Its friday once again!

Sista!!
Then we had easter lunch buffet with gran and all the very next day. oh my, i think i have really over-eat during this weekend. So it's time to do some hands-on project. Repacking my workspace at home(: The aim is to display my hairbands/headbands in a neater fashion because im running out of space with growing numbers of these bands. So firstly, I started off wit four toilet rolls and combined them together using masking tape. Some cutting and folding of the rolls are required. Then, i used shoe whitener to go over the masking tape layer and use a plastic cover to protect the white layer.

Finally, just fit into the cupboard and voila! Things are organised now(:
Yay! its midweek again..and tmr is dance syf. ALL THE BEST DANCERS!! I KNOW YOU ALL CAN PERFORM THIS WINNING CHOREOGRAPHY WELL! im waiting for a smiley face from ms sue!! haha(: last but not least..HAPPY BRITHDAY BROTHER!!

Yesterday's movie--The Handsome Suit was a bonus to me as it made me laugh really hard. The whole week had been nerve wrecking. Half the time I felt breathless, the other half was when I felt as though my head was stuffed with lead and submerged in honey. Phew, what a good friday!
Back to the movie handsome suit, I think that there are many good plus points to it. Firstly, the plot is so seamless and full of quirky tweaks. From the protagonist's simple routine of his life, to how he got ostracized because of his ugly appearance, then to how he started to use the handsome suit(so adorable!) and finally to his decision that will change his future forever. What i find the most laudable in this 2 hours long movie is the themes. The underlying theme that runs consistently through out the movie is the importance of appearance, which is also suggested in its title. Many people might think that only females are conscious about their looks. The movie on the other hand showcases the importance of appearance for males which is novel for me. Never did I know that males can get so emotional and concerned about how they look. The male lead who has a kind heart that not all managed to see through the veneers of ugliness, juxtaposes with the sweet looking girl that everyone falls for without really appreciating her wholesome beauty from within. As trivial as this movie can seem, a harsh fact of how we tend to judge one quickly without much thought is presented. Sometimes we are deceived into believing what we see is always true. However, certain truths are always not presented in the way that we deem them to be. Personally, I must say that im mesmerized by the character of Motoe, the girl in the facade of the off-suit. She taught Takuro many important things that he has failed to understand before. I will like to think that she had also saved him from the vain pursuit of his perceived happiness once he is handsome and famous. The moment when Anin(takuro in handsome suit) was on the runway, he realized that although the greatest happiness is in his own hands now, he is missing out the small portions of happiness that he used to enjoy from his daily life. It further reinforces how often we are blinded by our hunger for greater power that we lost our enjoyment in our simple lives. We fail to feel content by the mere fact that we are still breathing this very second. Although this is a comedy, i find it heavily laden with meaningful statements and indeed it is a memorable movie. Dont ask me how come i was not only laughing blindly at the comical instances but thinking about the themes of the movie. I find it a great pleasure to think a litlle deeper into the work.
Okay, im feeling this brain dead already. I cant even seem to move my head or open my mouth to speak a word. I think uttering a single syllable requires much effort for me now. After going to the talk that lasts for three hours, i think i understand health a little better. I really wanna pen it down(blog), but i guess I need keep my slumber party going...
