Cheng was saying how life will be like without being able to work at SPH anymore in a few months time. I know we will miss this place definitely..bad callers or good callers. We love this job and the exposure that we get(:

haha(; in 15mins time i will be able to meet so many lucky winners for the draw..yay! i think they are pretty excited too..today's escalation like before is one of the kind that i have to pick up the pieces shattered by another. But its okay cos i like writting esclation reports(: better than mundane web-surfing..haha(:
